We typically ship within 2-3 working days of receiving an
order. Thereafter, it will usually take between 1-7 days to reach you depending
on your location. We'll send you an email with tracking details upon dispatch.
If you need your piece urgently, email us on
customer@shoparmur.com and we'll do our best to get it to you shortest possible time. However extra shipping charges may apply for urgent orders.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public
Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries

Personalized jewelry takes 5–7 business days to create, as each piece is custom-made just for you. Shipping may take an additional 3–5 days depending on your location.
Can I preview my name before ordering?
Yes! You can write your name in the order notes, and we will confirm the design if required. For special custom requests, please contact our support team at support@theinfinitycart.in.

Can I cancel or change my name order after placing it?
Personalized items can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placing the order, as we begin production shortly after. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
What if the jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong name/design, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
